We transform noisy vans into quiet, warm and comfortable spaces that are a pleasure to drive, travel in and sleep in.
Using professional-grade sound deadening, thermal insulation and high-quality carpet lining, we create interiors that feel calmer, smarter and finished to a high standard — whether you’re building a camper, day van or upgraded work van.
The result? Less noise, better temperature control and an interior that feels designed, not improvised.

Why it makes such a difference
Quieter, less tiring drives
Thin metal van panels act like drums, amplifying road, wind and tyre noise. Proper sound deadening adds mass to the body panels, reducing vibration at the source. The difference is immediate — conversations are easier, music sounds better and long drives are far less fatiguing.
Warm in winter, cooler in summer
High-quality insulation slows heat transfer through the metal shell. Your heater works more efficiently, condensation is reduced and the van stays comfortable year-round, whether you’re winter camping or summer road-tripping.
A clean, finished interior
Carpet lining and proper floor coverings hide bare metal, ribs and wiring, creating a tidy, cosy interior that looks like a finished camper or day van — not a stripped-out work vehicle.
Better audio performance
Treating doors and speaker locations with sound deadening eliminates panel rattle and resonance. More of the sound comes from your speakers, not the van body, giving clearer mids, tighter bass and higher overall volume without distortion.

Our 5‑step process
Step 1 – Preparation
We carefully remove trims and panels where required, then thoroughly clean and degrease all surfaces so adhesives bond correctly. Any visible rust or damage is identified, discussed and dealt with before anything is covered.
Step 2 – Deaden the panels
High-quality, 3 mm sound deadening sheets are applied to key areas such as side panels, doors, wheel arches, bulkhead and roof. Adding density to the metal dramatically reduces vibration, road noise and transmission noise.
Step 3 – Add acoustic and floor layers
Where required, additional acoustic layers are added — particularly to the floor and front footwells — to further reduce tyre and exhaust noise. This stage is fully tailored to how you use your van.
Step 4 – Thermal insulation
Closed-cell thermal liners are installed to the sides, roof and doors. These reduce heat loss, help manage condensation and isolate interior panels from cold metal surfaces. For camping builds, thicker insulation can be added where space allows.
Step 5 – Carpet lining & floor covering
The interior is finished with automotive stretch carpet and your chosen floor covering. Carpeted walls and ceilings give a warm, modern look while adding extra sound absorption.
Flooring options include hard-wearing rubber, safety vinyl (Altro-style) or carpet — chosen to suit work use, bikes and boards, or full camper living.

Materials & Options
- Professional sound deadening sheets – bitumen-free, heat-stable and designed for van panels
- Closed-cell thermal liners – waterproof, won’t trap moisture, excellent thermal and acoustic performance
- Polyester insulation – non-itch, moisture-resistant and made from recycled materials
- Automotive stretch carpet – durable, flexible and available in multiple colours
- Flooring options – safety vinyl, rubber coin or chequer-plate effect, or soft-backed carpet

Materials are sourced from established automotive specialists such as Skinz Sound Deadening and Dodo Mat, ensuring consistent quality and long-term performance — not generic DIY insulation.
